    About Service
The minimum number of partners in a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) is two. These two individuals who are partners shall act as designated partners. The two partners should have a Designated Partner Identification Number (DPIN) with their names included in the limited liability partnership agreement. A partner can be added or changed and thus would require amendment to the LLP agreement as well. To appoint a new designated partner, a resolution needs to be passed approving the appointment of the designated partner and form 4 needs to be filled for change in partner.
