Which Offer Is To Be Accepted When Seller And Buyer Accept Different Offers
"A" wants to sell one subject and sends a letter to "B" quoting the consideration to be of RS.80/-. "B" at the same time sends a proposal to buy the said object at the price of Rs.100/-. as soon as they receive the proposal by post each of them conveyed their willingness and sent their acceptance thinking that the proposal received as a counteroffer. Whose proposal is to be accepted?
- Sector-1, Noida
Only B's offer will be considered as a counter offer since A's offer was the initial offer. The offer made by B and accepted by A will be considered as the accepted offer.
