What Is The Process Of Consumer Court Builder Order Execution?

I had booked an under-construction flat (total cost 54Lacs) in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad and also filed a case in state consumer court. Judgement is passed in my favour with 10% refund within 3 months, after then 18%. My question is builder can challenge it and where? What can I pre-plan for if the builder is planning for the challenge and not in the mood of returning fund? What is the procedure for execution and how much time it will take? Should I approach to NCLT with other buyers as in group?

You can file the execution before the civil court for executing the order under an Execution order 21. You can hire the best property advocate in India for the same and he can guide you legally.

You have to keep your judgment copy with yourself and if the builder files the appeal in NCLT against the order you have to be ready along with your advocate and fight the case. If the builder does not pay then the penalty will also be imposed on him by NCLT as the case will go against him.
