A boy has been blackmailing me from past 4 months for exposing my private pictures and videos if I don't make physical contact with him. I complained against him in the police station and lodged an FIR when he demanded 3 lakh but police have not taken any action against him. I lost my respect and dignity. What should I do?

You can lodge a complaint against the person in the nearest police station by filing an FIR. If any action has not taken then you can file a complaint in the cyber cell for seeking relief. The Procedure is,
STEP 1: Keep in mind that you will have to provide name, mailing address & telephone number along with an application letter addressing the head of a cyber crime investigation cell when you go to file a complaint.
STEP 2: As with almost all police cases, the complainant will have to provide the following papers and documents at the time of filing the complaint.
Section 66 E of Information Technology Act, 2000 states that, transmits image of a private area of any person without his or her consent under the circumstance is a violation of privacy.
According to this section, as your private picture are used to blackmail you which is considered as a violation of privacy under IT Act, 2000. You can take a legal action against that person who is blackmailing and threatening you.
