I am a UK Senior Citizen and owning 50% share in a bungalow in Mumbai. My name is on property card. The other two owners are dead. Their children are their heirs of balance 50%. They kept a caretaker Alice without my permission by just emailed letter to her. She refused me to enter my own house. The police say it is civil matter. My wife and Me entered from the fence and sat on the porch of just 50 sq. ft. for 10 days. Then some 50 odd sympathizers lit candles and some broke open the doors and put us in. The Police filed an FIR against 4 persons and arrested them for theft amounting to Rs. 35000/- belonging to Alice. They arrested one as Planner though he was not present at the scene. They are now planning to arrest me and my wife. I am 82 and my wife is 70 years. What should I do?

Since you are the owner of the property, you need to file an illegal possession complaint against this woman named Alice. I advise you to hire a property lawyer in India who can represent your matter.
