Non-Payment Of Salary By Company After Resignation
My company has a notice period of 3 months. They have held all my salaries during this period and will process full and final settlement only after 45 days of relieving. In effect, I will have to work 135 days without pay. Is this legal?

You can check the HR policies and your employment agreement for any such provisions. If there is one such provision, you need to wait to receive your salary after serving 3 months of notice period and waiting for an additional 45 days.
