Nestaway Broker Did Not Inform Of Lock-In Period, Now Penalty Is Imposed

I moved into a house on November 20, 2019 through Nestaway. Till now, I have not received any rental agreement ( no soft copy or hard copy ) I already told the broker who showed me this house that I will stay here for only 2 months. He did not even inform me about the locking period. Now I am moving out by Jan 29, 2020 It is showing that I have to pay the amount of 10050 as fine because I am moving out before the locking period. And there is no proper information in the app in android. Even the broker has not informed me about the locking period. What can I do?
