I have been living in this house for the past 7 years with my family as tenants in Chandigarh. There are 3 floors in these independent flats each belong to different people. The people living on the top floor are having walls borders that have fallen in our garden with lots of heavy cement bricks and rod is hanging from it. Some debris is left which will fall any moment. But talking to them about it is a waste of time because they talk mannerlessly and bad. We walk and do our work in the garden and it can fall anytime over our head. Please help me how I can sort this out and what legal action can I take.

You can take action against the people residing on the top floor for their negligence. You can also ask the landlord to look into the matter and evict them for property damage.
