Legal Action Against Amazon For Generating Wrong Invoice

I ordered a product from they issued the wrong invoice against my product. When I asked about the invoice issue they raised a ticket and told me to wait for 7 days now it's more than 45 days. How to take legal action against them?

The First thing you must do is to give a call on their helpline number, thereafter if the problem is even then not resolved by them then you can take the first legal action against them and send a legal notice which is properly drafted by an expert Advocate. Even after that if the issue is not resolved you can file a case in consumer forum for the issue through a good lawyer.
