In Jan 2018, I gave 6 lakhs to someone for one rupee interest and written a promissory note by the borrower with his own writing. In May 2018, he died accidentally but his father is not paying the money back though he has several assets. But all assets on his father’s name. He is denying to pay the principal amount even though I have been begging him for the last year. Legal Notice sent to his father (borrower Father): 1. He replied that he is not benefited and no assets inherited from his son (who died). He is not liable to clear the due & He is not aware of this. 2. He replied that if anything happens to him, it's the responsibility of me at my own risk. 3. He said he is a class 2 heir and no more responsible to payoff 4. He asking us to share the Xerox copy before proceeding further for giving a proper reply to me. 5. Will the court consider my call recordings if I produce?
