On 9th of May, I had received a call asking for my interest on a loan that their company is providing, on my saying yes they ask me to submit my KYC along with bank transaction detail of one financial year and my income tax return for that period. The day later I received a mail stating a sanction of Rs. 5,00,000 to be transferred within 24 hrs after my submitting Rs.9,990 with them as security deposit and fee for term insurance. I transferred this money by RTGS. But no transfer has been made. In lieu they informed me that my CIBIL score does not match as per their requirement, so, I have to deposit Rs.24,351/- more as security which will be transferred back to me once the loan is cleared. After that, I received so many calls from different numbers and at last, I send this amount by RTGS. After that, I received a call that my amount has been transferred to my account when I checked it was not. On my cell they called again, they informed that the money is blocked at my bank's server, so again it needs a transaction of Rs.10,500/-. I felt cheated and find no way to punish them. I have only the cell numbers from which I had received the calls. Advise please what should I do. This is more than that. These people are daily trapping hundreds. So I am eager to know the ways to proceed to legally punish these people.

The first thing is that you need to lodge an FIR against the company. You can send the legal notice against the company mentioning all the grievances you faced. You can also file a complaint to banking ombudsman.
