My great grandfather bought land of 436 sq. yards, and died. His only son(my grandfather) inherited it. My grandfather gifted it to my grandmother before dying. My grandmother has 4 sons (A,B,C,D). My grandmother gifted 200 sqyd to my father C and asked to share the remaining 236 sqyd between other sons(A,B,D). After that, A and D said that they dont need the property and gave it to B, and B got it registered by having the witness as A and D. Now after the death of my grandmother, and other 3 sons (A,B,C), D has filed a case in court stating he didn't receive his share and it's an ancestral property which is not partitioned. He is claiming that he needs the share in ancestral property. What can be done?
