How To Get Acquittal In Section 66D Of IT Act Case?
My 20 years old cousin has been charged under Section 66 D of IT Act for making a fake ID of a female. His FIR has been finalised but no Court Proceeding has been started. What is the probability of his acquittal? Will this FIR spoil his career if he is fined for the crime? If he applies for any Government Job, then employers will ask for police verification or not?

If the FIR is filed the police will take the FIR in the court and if your name will come in the category of Accused than you will not be able to take any government exams.
