I was duped of INR 15000 by a fraud who posed as army personnel. He made me believe that he'd send me INR 30000 for the scooter I had posted for sale. He pleaded that I pay him INR 10 from phonePe app to activate the app, after which he said that he would send me the amount of scooter. Once I reluctantly gave him the OTP, I soon noticed that INR 15000 in total were deducted from my account. I immediately blocked my ATM card and reported the matter to the local police, but it was of no help. The guy then sent me more OTPs and started to call me. When I ignored him, he started to abuse me. What can I do?
