A malicious prosecution case is one of the best ways to get justice for yourself if a case has been filed with malicious intent against you. This measure can be taken in the present situation.

IPC Section 354 implicates the punishment of term 1 year which can be extended to the term of 5 years. A countersuit can be filed against the concerned party for the same terms of punishment. However, there are plenty of other charges that can be put up on the said party. Such as Section 200, 211, 499 and 500 of IPC can be put up to charge for the counter of malicious prosecution.
