I had booked a residential plot in TDI city Kundli by paying a deposit in 2005. By 2012, I had made 100% payment despite no real development in the block that I was offered a plot in. Now builder forcing me to take possession of under developed property and started threatening me with holding charges and maintenance charges. What can be done?

Taking into consideration the above facts and your legal query therein, the builder is liable to give you peaceful possession of the property. However, if the construction of the property is not complete you have a right to take legal action against the builder. However, the legal course of action is best suggested after going through the agreement signed by you and the builder as well as other letters of communication if any.
