I was working as an HR manager in a company. One day, the police and others came to our factory and seized all the computer as they say it's illegal and a Copyright case has been filed. The IT head and I were brought to the police station and an FIR was filed against us and company directors. Next day, they produced us in court and we got bail. Now, the company is closed and owners have flown out of India. We are still pursuing the case as we are only employees there. After 3 years of court case dates, the court has issued NBW against us and others. What can we do?

Technically, it is the head of the company and not someone like you who should be liable for copyright infringement. Consult an IPR lawyer near you who can guide you properly.
