How Do I Become An Arbitrator After Finishing Law School In India
I will graduate from my law school next year and I would like to know what I should do if I want to be an arbitrator?
- Sector-1, Noida
There is no qualifaction to be an arbitrator, you can be an arbitrator if the parties to a dispute appoint you as one. For institutional arbitration where the institute provides arbitrators, just a law degree without any industry experience may not be sufficient, but it may be worth a try, you may enroll with such institutes as an aribitrator, almost all Courts have a panel of arbitrators for referring disputes to arbitration. You can look up the requirements and enroll.
