Can I claim compensation from airtel digital for breaking my LED television?

I purchased airtel digital tv set top box in august. The representative from airtel while installing the set top box to my tv mishandled it and thereby damaged it. The repair of my tv is costing me R.s 25000. I have complained to the manager of airtel digital tv and has written several mails to the company but no one has resolved my problem so far.
