Chances of Pension after Conviction in Fraud case
My father served in Indian army for 17 year . After retirement he joined State Bank of India as Armed Guard in 1986 . In 1995 he was dismissed from the service for committing forgery and was also jailed. He hasn't got any bank pension, benefits by bank after dismiss but only received PF Money of about Rs. 62,000 and without proper knowledge we didn't do anything about it. Is there any chance to get pension again? After the forgery case we paid Rs 40,000 to the bank.

Pursuant to conviction, there is no chance of getting the pension.
