What are the duties of the buyer in a sale of immovable property?

The buyer is duty bound to disclose all material facts to the seller, which he has reason to believe the seller might be unaware of and which materially increases the seller’s interest in the property. Also, once the sale has been concluded, the buyer is to pay the purchase-money to the seller or any other person as directed by the seller.
