FDI (foreign direct investment) means investment through capital by a person or legal entity resident outside of India. If you received FDI, then you must comply with the RBI guidelines about SMF (Single Master Form). All the entities receiving FDI must file this form. RBI provides an online interface for reporting any FDI information. The date for reporting FDI has been extended from 12th July to 15th August 2018. You should submit this information regarding investment and by hiring the best Startup Advocates in India, this process will be made simpler and quicker for you. If you do not comply with these guidelines, then you are likely to not receive such investment, at all.
