Robbery is the act of taking something of value from someone else. This is usually done by force, threat, or intimidation tactics. Once a deadly weapon is involved the crime becomes aggravated robbery. Even if the victim does not see the weapon, but the suspect makes the victim believe they have a weapon it is still considered aggravated robbery.
