NEW DELHI: After 'sex clips' allegedly featuring Gujarat politician Hardik Patel came to light two days ago, another state politician has come out in his support saying the "right to sex is a fundamental right."

Jignesh Mewani, a dalit leader in Gujarat, tweeted saying the 'sex clips' episode is a breach of Patel's privacy+ .

Dear Hardik Patel, don't worry. I m with you. And right to sex is a fundamental right. No one has right to breach your privacy.

Later, Patel tweeted saying G ujarat's voters don't want to see a CD featuring "a 22-year-old boy", referring to the 'sex clips' allegedly featuring him that have been widely viewed online. Patel is 24. Gujarat goes to the polls next month.

"Gujarat's voters don't want to see a (CD of) a 22-year-old boy, they want to see a CD on whether there has been any development in the state in the last 22 years," tweeted Patel in Hindi.

The BJP has ruled Gujarat for 22 years and Patel was implying that the party hasn't done much for Gujarat in that time.
