The divorced persons can remarry only when the decision of the Court is final and binding. A decision becomes final and binding when:

  • If an appeal has not been preferred, then after the lapse of limitation period to file an appeal against the decision;

  • If an appeal has been preferred, after the disposal of appeal.

Thus, you can remarry after 90 days from the date of judgment if no appeal has been preferred.
