Sub-Lease Agreement

This agreement provides a lessee to sublease the property leased to him to another person only if the lease deed between him and lessor permits.Sublease agreement is required in the cases where there is a need to change office or home before expiry of the lease deed and the existing lease deed contains clause for sub-letting the place.

To make this agreement legally binding, it should be printed on a non judicial stamp paper, sealed and signed by both the parties.
