This NOC is issued by an employer/ Company/ Partnership Firm/ Limited Liability Partnership
to its employee granting him permission to attend a personal job interview. This document is
required in case an employer has been asked by his employee to let him/her attend an interview
at some other organisation while continuing his/her employment. The NOC legally permits the
employee to attend the interview.
This NOC becomes legally enforceable when signed by the authorized signatory along
with the company's stamp on its letterhead. This NOC can be used by an employer in
order to grant permission to his employee to attend a personal job interview at some
other organisation while he/she continues to serve the current employment.
