A 5 judge bench of the Supreme Court on 6th September 2018 unanimously decriminalized Section 377 of the IPC. This move of the Hon'ble Court may well be expected to pave the way towards equal rights for the LGBTQ Community.
The spirit of women is the spirit of a fighter. Since the day a girl is born, she has to fight. Fight to be accepted as a female foetus, fight to be accepted as a daughter and not a son, the fight as a teenager to behave in certain ways and wear certain clothes (amongst 1000 other things), the fight against the society to not be viewed and objectified as a mere sex object, the fight in the society to have equal pay for equal work and the right amount of avenues to actually take a risk on their ideas and start a business.
