In case business activities consists of banking, insurance, venture capital, mutual fund, stock exchange, assetmanagement, architect, architecture, merchant banking, securitization and reconstruction, chit fund and non banking financial activities, a copy of the in-priniciple approval of the regulatory authority is required at the time of filing Incorporation document.
