Application under Sec 11 of Family Courts Act 1984 for video recording
I would like to give an application under Sec 11 of Family Courts Act 1984 for video recording. Actually I am the petitioner and the case already proceeding ex parte. Is there any reason also that I need to mention in this application or simple application will do.?

In any suit or proceedings, if the court desires and the other party also think that proceeding should take place through the camera.

Provided that the presiding judge may, if he thinks fit, order at any stage of any particular case that he public generally or any person shall not have access to or be or remain in the room of the building used by the court. Yes, you have to specify the reason in applying to take proceeding in camera.
