A lawyer cannot fight the case until and unless he secures permission from the court. A jailor cannot at his own will cannot allow the under-trial prisoner to leave the jail, with or without the security unless there is a judicial sanction in this regard. Only a court of law has the competency to adjudicate whether such a privilege can be extended to the under-trial lawyer.
