Provision

Nothing is an offence which is done by a Judge when acting judicially in the exercise of any power which is, or which in good faith he believes to be, given to him by law.


Simply Put

This section means nothing will be an offence when a Judge does something Judicially with the powers vested in him by the law or which he thinks is in good faith.
